LEARN TO SWIM- JAN 2025 TERM 1 PROGRAM

Event description

*Please not this is only a registraion form. A staff member will contact regarding your childs class times/level*

Classes cater swimmers from ages 6 months, 

The term will run from Monday 3rd February to Thursday 28th March 2025.

Charged per class, $20.00, 25min class

** Payment required on first lesson date booked in for, for all lessons**

Adult / parent / guardian must be prepared to also be in the water for the infant swimmers and swim nappy required

If classes are missed due to absence or illness there will be no refunds or make-up classes. Refunds will only occur due to weather restrictions or medical reasons, doctors certificates will be required.

In consideration of permission to participate in the Learn to swim program, I believe that to the best of my knowledge, my child’s state of health and physical condition is such that the proper use of the services provided in, will not pose any risk to their health or well-being. I acknowledge and agree that their use of the services, will be undertaken entirely at their own risk. I acknowledge and agree that I will not hold Weipa Town Authority liable for any injuries, losses, damages, costs, charges, expenses or liabilities what soever sustained, suffered or incurred by my child for any of the services provided by Weipa Town Authority
